During my commute this morning I started thinking about all the stuff I do to get ready for work Monday through Friday.  I’ve been doing it this certain way for years and now I don’t even really think about what I’m doing anymore.  That being said, it bugs the crap out of me if I accidentally forget a step or do something out of order.

I have led myself to believe that my routines are fairly normal and that everyone has their “thing” they do to keep their life on-track.  I’ll describe what I do and let you be the weirdo judge.  (Not that you’re a judge who’s a weirdo, but rather you decide whether I’m a weirdo or not.  But if you really are a weirdo, then let’s hang out.)

Sometimes He Is

19Jan

Last week our family had a rare opportunity to actually sit together around the dinner table for a meal.  Life is so busy with active teenagers in the house, church meetings, and other volunteer commitments, that it seems we’re always going in separate directions.  We had some good talk, and discussed how each other’s day went.

If you’re a frequent connector on some of the more popular SN sites like Facebook or Twitter, without a doubt you’re going to be annoyed by the patterns of engagement of some of your “friends.”  My list here is by no means exhaustive, but it’s a starting point.  I’m sure I’m offending half of you with this post, but…STOP IT!
